Warm a small amount between fingers and gently apply a thin layer to clean, dry skin as needed for temporary relief from muscle aches, stiffness and soreness. A little goes a long way. For best results, apply soon after injury. For external use only. Do not use on open wounds, cuts, or damaged skin. Avoid contact with eyes and mouth. keep out of reach of children.
